Feniks Info Ltd. is committed to protecting customers’ personal data by collecting only necessary, basic information about customers/users essential for fulfilling the contract; regularly providing customers with the option to choose how their data is used, including the option to decide whether they want their name removed from marketing campaign lists. All customer data is strictly kept and is only accessible to employees who need it for their job. All employees of Feniks Info Ltd. and business partners are responsible for complying with privacy protection principles.
Information Collection and Use
Feniks Info values and protects your privacy. In the process of fulfilling the requested service and providing information related to your purchase or other service, we will only use the information voluntarily provided by you. We undertake not to sell, disclose, or provide this information to a third party in a manner not specified in this statement.

Reservation

When reserving goods or other services offered on these pages, we will request personal data from the reservation holder (such as name, address, contact phone number, etc.). This data will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing the service. Payment data (such as credit card number, etc.) is specially protected and will only be available to banks or credit card companies for payment authorization, inaccessible to Feniks Info Ltd., and available only to authorized companies for collecting such data.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, maintain websites, track user movements, and gather broader demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Information Availability

Collected demographic data will be available to our media partners, professionals, and advertisers. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information. In order to provide special services, we may collaborate with a third party. Newsletter

Contact information, such as name and email address, may be requested if the user wishes to subscribe to receive newsletters.

Surveys

Our websites occasionally require data from users through surveys. Participation in these surveys (e.g., contests) is entirely voluntary, and the user has the choice to provide or decline to provide the requested information. Requested data may include contact information (such as name or home address) and demographic information (such as postal code or age). Security

These websites take all measures to protect user data. Inputting confidential data through these websites is protected online and offline. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Data Controller

Feniks Info Ltd. is the data controller of your personal data.
The privacy policy applies to all user personal data we collect and process, directly or through our partners.
Personal data is any data related to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly.
Data processing is any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, inspection, and transfer of personal data.
This policy does not apply to anonymous data. Anonymous data is data that cannot be associated with a specific natural person.

What data do we collect:

Personal data: name, surname, address, contact number, email address, date of birth, ID card number, OIB (personal identification number)
Sales and service information: purchase information, including customer ID, contract number, warranty information, complaints, delivery, support, and services, including complaints and requests.

Purpose of data collection:

Sales and service of products – to process your sale, configure and service your product
Feniks Info Ltd. will collect personal data, sales and service information, as well as customer history information when you purchase, service, or repair a product purchased from us, including warranty claims and checks, and will use them to provide the services you have requested and inform you about issues related to your product and fulfill the concluded contract.
Providing personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the concluded contract is a contractual obligation, and if you do not provide them, it may affect the proper execution of the contract or even prevent it.
Customer support and marketing – to respond to inquiries and provide news and offers
Feniks Info Ltd. collects personal data and may use it to provide support to customers, respond to inquiries and complaints, and to assess which news and offers are most likely to interest you and contact you regarding those offers in accordance with your interests.

Transfer to third parties

Personal data may be transferred to third parties, provided that there is a legal basis for the transfer.

Your personal data may be transferred to the following entities:

1.) For the execution of the contract for the delivery of goods, we will share data with distribution service providers with whom we have contracts. A distribution service provider may request personal documents from the user during the delivery of goods or services for identification and/or record certain data from the document. If the user is unwilling to provide such data necessary for the delivery of the package or proof of the orderer, the service or goods cannot be delivered or handed over.
2.) To authorized service providers in case of advertising products within the warranty or at the user’s request due to malfunction or inability to use the product for any of the user’s significant reasons.
3.) To contest sponsors in the process of awarding prizes to the user. If the user does not want Feniks Info Ltd. to share data with sponsors for the purpose of awarding possible prizes, we advise the user not to participate in such activities, both in stores and on the Feniks Info Ltd. websites.
4.) To state institutions that request data for inspection due to third-party processing or the need to assert Feniks Info Ltd.’s rights due to non-compliance with the service provision contract.

6.) The data is shared with Tomsoft d.o.o. from which Feniks Info Ltd. uses the Luceed business program

How long do we keep your data:

We store and process personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill a specific legitimate purpose, unless applicable regulations prescribe a longer retention period for a specific purpose, and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and Feniks Info Ltd.
In case of consenting to marketing, we keep the data until consent is withdrawn. In case of declined offers, where no consent for marketing is given, data related to the offer is kept for one year, and if you request deletion, it will be immediately deleted.
Personal data that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.

Access and change of data:

The user, at any time, has the possibility to access their data stored on the websites, where they can review, change, and delete them.
All changes made on the websites will be recorded within the business program itself with a 24-hour delay.
The buyer or user can at any time obtain information about the data Feniks Info Ltd. has stored by sending an inquiry to the email address gdpr@feniks-info.hr.
We will be able to provide feedback on your request only if the inquiry is sent from an active email registered in our business software with correct data within the email (name and surname, phone number of the user requesting information) to protect you from the possibility of exposing your personal data to a third party.

Right to be forgotten:

The user has the right to request deletion of personal data at any time. This can be done by sending a request to the email address gdpr@feniks-info.hr and the data will be deleted without delay unless there is a legal obligation to keep such data, a legitimate interest, and a basis for exercising your legal rights.
We will be able to provide feedback on your request only if the inquiry is sent from an active email registered in our business software with correct data within the email (name and surname, phone number of the user requesting information) to protect you from the possibility of exposing your personal data to a third party.

Right to object:

If, despite all measures taken to protect personal data, you believe you have grounds for objection, please contact us at the email address gdpr@feniks-info.hr. In addition to reporting to us, you can also file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.

Security measures to protect personal data:

The collected data is electronically protected by an SSL certificate that encrypts the data and ensures that communication between the user’s computer and Feniks Info Ltd. takes place via a secure protocol without the possibility of third-party access to the data. We take data protection seriously and employ all advanced technologies to keep your data secure. We implement all reasonable measures to protect data, but we cannot guarantee the protection of information transmitted to or from the Internet, so we are not responsible for information received by a third party in this way. Feniks Info stores data within the EU, and only exceptionally outside the EU.
The Privacy Statement, Feniks Info Ltd., may be amended at any time by publishing the amended privacy text on the Feniks Info Ltd. website. We encourage users to periodically review this statement, which will indicate any new changes made during the previous period. If the user does not agree with this Privacy Statement, we advise the user to leave, not access, and not use the website. The amended privacy statement takes effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the site by the user after the changes take effect implies that the user confirms and accepts the amended privacy statement.
