Feniks Info Ltd. will collect personal data, sales and service information, as well as customer history information when you purchase, service, or repair a product purchased from us, including warranty claims and checks, and will use them to provide the services you have requested and inform you about issues related to your product and fulfill the concluded contract.
Providing personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the concluded contract is a contractual obligation, and if you do not provide them, it may affect the proper execution of the contract or even prevent it.
Customer support and marketing – to respond to inquiries and provide news and offers
Feniks Info Ltd. collects personal data and may use it to provide support to customers, respond to inquiries and complaints, and to assess which news and offers are most likely to interest you and contact you regarding those offers in accordance with your interests.
Transfer to third parties
Personal data may be transferred to third parties, provided that there is a legal basis for the transfer.
Your personal data may be transferred to the following entities:
1.) For the execution of the contract for the delivery of goods, we will share data with distribution service providers with whom we have contracts. A distribution service provider may request personal documents from the user during the delivery of goods or services for identification and/or record certain data from the document. If the user is unwilling to provide such data necessary for the delivery of the package or proof of the orderer, the service or goods cannot be delivered or handed over.
2.) To authorized service providers in case of advertising products within the warranty or at the user’s request due to malfunction or inability to use the product for any of the user’s significant reasons.
3.) To contest sponsors in the process of awarding prizes to the user. If the user does not want Feniks Info Ltd. to share data with sponsors for the purpose of awarding possible prizes, we advise the user not to participate in such activities, both in stores and on the Feniks Info Ltd. websites.
4.) To state institutions that request data for inspection due to third-party processing or the need to assert Feniks Info Ltd.’s rights due to non-compliance with the service provision contract.

How long do we keep your data:
We store and process personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill a specific legitimate purpose, unless applicable regulations prescribe a longer retention period for a specific purpose, and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and Feniks Info Ltd.
In case of consenting to marketing, we keep the data until consent is withdrawn. In case of declined offers, where no consent for marketing is given, data related to the offer is kept for one year, and if you request deletion, it will be immediately deleted.
Personal data that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.
Access and change of data:
The user, at any time, has the possibility to access their data stored on the websites, where they can review, change, and delete them.
All changes made on the websites will be recorded within the business program itself with a 24-hour delay.
The buyer or user can at any time obtain information about the data Feniks Info Ltd. has stored by sending an inquiry to the email address gdpr@feniks-info.hr.
We will be able to provide feedback on your request only if the inquiry is sent from an active email registered in our business software with correct data within the email (name and surname, phone number of the user requesting information) to protect you from the possibility of exposing your personal data to a third party.
Right to be forgotten:
The user has the right to request deletion of personal data at any time. This can be done by sending a request to the email address gdpr@feniks-info.hr and the data will be deleted without delay unless there is a legal obligation to keep such data, a legitimate interest, and a basis for exercising your legal rights.
