PURCHASE TERMS
These sales terms determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and complaints of goods available on our website.
– The supplier (seller) is Feniks Info d.o.o.
– The buyer of the goods (consumer) is a visitor of the Webshop who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, pays by credit card, bank transfer (or payment slip) at a bank (post office or FINA), cash on delivery, and sends the order to the seller.
– The prices quoted are retail prices including VAT.
– The currency is euro (€).
